How Does Team Coaching with The Holbrow Group Work?

From there we design a customized series of interactive workshops supported by 30, 60, and 90-day check-in conversations. These in-person or telephone check-ins help the team stay on track with the goals they’ve developed, and they’re designed to maximize the collective growth and development of the team. In addition, highly experiential workshops are added in to the program, and proven online and in-the-moment assessment tools are used as appropriate and required.
