During COVID I have spent a lot of time walking and discovering our city and\u00a0 I thought I\u2019d put together a list of some unique and very tasty food trucks that I\u2019ve found. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine a fresh corn tortilla with queso fresco, sweet crisp pineapple with spicy chicken ready to devour in 3 tasty bites!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of the mobile chefs have become really creative with what and how they serve their food. Sometimes, they\u2019ll offer a nice cold beer or a cocktail (They take debit\/credit card too!).
